Initial print experienced mechanical binding due to PETG thermal expansion during extrusion. Recalculated mesh clearance and added chamfers to horizontal expansion edges to ensure zero-backlash rotation.

02. Structural Optimization of 3D Printed Mounting Bracket FEA & Stress Analysis

Analyzed load points on a custom motor mount. Redesigned internal infill geometry from grid to gyroid, reducing filament usage by 22% while increasing shear stress resistance along layer lines.
